In early 2026 I started building not because someone asked me to, but because I kept seeing gaps nobody was filling. LOCKED. came from personal anxiety. SHIFT. came from watching coaching culture in Bihar closely enough to understand what institutes actually need versus what they say they need.

Every decision what to build, who it's for, how it makes money was mine. I work at the intersection of product thinking and design execution.

What I did on each product

Product

Picked the problem, defined the user, shaped the business model, decided what was worth building.

Design

Created the flows, screens, interaction behaviour, and visual system in Figma.

Build

Wrote detailed implementation specs and directed AI-assisted development screen by screen.

Quality

Stress-tested edge cases, simplified flows, and pushed for products that feel reliable in real use.
